- You will receive access to your photographs with protective watermarks.
- Review your photographs and select your favorites.
- Each package includes its specified number of professionally edited photographs.
- Additional edited photographs may be purchased at the published add-on prices.
- Final edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery.

Before Your Christmas Experience
Arrival time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled photography session.
Late arrivals
Photography sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in reduced photography time.
Wardrobe changes
Please arrive dressed and prepared for your session. Wardrobe changes must take place within your allocated session time.
Backdrop selection
Choose the Emerald Noel or Winter Wonderland Experience. Both backdrops may be used if time permits. No additional backdrop fee applies, and switching does not extend your session.
Additional studio time
Additional studio time is available for $75 per hour, subject to scheduling and availability.
Additional photographs
Additional professionally edited digital photographs are available beyond the number included in your package.
Booking deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your Christmas photography booking.
Booking confirmation
Submitting a booking application does not automatically confirm an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability, deposit verification, and confirmation from Platinum Photography.

A little clarity before you book
How do I reserve a session?
Submit the booking application with your collection, backdrop, preferred date and proof of payment. We review availability, verify payment, and email your invoice and booking confirmation.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to secure a confirmed Christmas booking. Applications are subject to availability and payment verification.
Can I choose my Christmas backdrop?
Yes. Choose Emerald Noel or Winter Wonderland in the 17hats booking form. Confirm your collection’s included backdrops with Platinum Photography.
Are Christmas Day sessions available?
Christmas Day requests are for December 25, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. A $200 BSD holiday fee is added to your chosen collection. All appointments require manual approval.
What about outfits, delivery and rescheduling?
Please contact Platinum Photography to confirm your collection’s outfit allowance, family size, edited photograph delivery and rescheduling arrangements before booking.
